Why is TIS separate from AIS?
AIS lists every reported transaction; TIS is the summary your CA uses for ITR prefill. Both come from the same data, in different aggregation levels.
Will the CPC digital signature on each persist?
Yes — pdf-lib copies signature objects as-is. The CPC verification stays intact for each section.
Do I include Form 16 here too?
No — Form 16 is employer-issued, the AIS/TIS/26AS bundle is IT-department-issued. Keep them in separate merged PDFs for cleaner audit trail.
